Requirements

  • DEC or Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Process- and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and strong social skills
  • Autonomy, perseverance, versatility, and solid business sense
  • Ethical conduct and respect
  • Ability to propose new and creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations in a high-tech sector
  • Responsible for achieving key performance indicators: on-time delivery, productivity, quality, etc.
  • Assist in budget development, management, and hiring
  • Supervise shift changes
  • Lead and participate in meetings with other managers
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, ethics, and export regulations
