Williams Company is seeking Superintendents in the Orlando market who thrive in the field, lead with confidence, and take pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and with strong client relationships. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to run work-not just be part of it. As a Superintendent, you are the on-site leader and face of Williams Company, driving field execution from mobilization through closeout.

Requirements

  • Experience managing smaller to mid-sized commercial projects or portions of larger projects (Superintendent I)
  • Proven ability to lead moderate to high-complexity projects from start to finish (Superintendent II)
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex, or multi-phase projects with a high level of autonomy (Senior Superintendent)
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
  • Ability to operate independently with support from Project Management
  • Advanced scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Success managing multiple trades, tight logistics, and fast-paced schedules
  • Advanced technical expertise with the ability to anticipate risk and solve complex field challenges
  • Strong leadership presence with success mentoring and developing Superintendents and field teams
  • Strong construction and safety knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Develop and manage short-term schedules and 3-week lookaheads
  • Coordinate trades, sequencing, logistics, and site operations to keep work moving
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or quality
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and foster a culture where safety is owned by everyone
  • Lead quality control efforts, pre-installation meetings, and inspections to prevent rework
  • Hold trade partners accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and performance
  • Serve as a primary field contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and project partners
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Williams Company standards
