About The Position

DVM Focus is representing a full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity in Central Florida for an experienced DVM interested in practicing comprehensive companion-animal medicine in a collaborative environment. This opportunity offers a broad general-practice caseload and the ability to practice with clinical independence while working alongside an established veterinary team.

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical veterinary experience
• Strong general medicine and diagnostic skills
• General surgical and dental competency
• Strong client communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative veterinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive companion-animal care, including preventive and wellness medicine, diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning, internal medicine, dentistry, general surgery, case management and follow-up care, and client education and communication.
• Collaborate with veterinary and support-team colleagues.
