About The Position

The Superintendent manages Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites across Central Texas, using the company’s Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines. The role supports regional Stonhard Territory Managers and Project Engineers by presenting and promoting products and services to industrial and commercial accounts. The Superintendent works with installation teams on training and proper project application, and oversees material management, scheduling, quality control, safety, change orders, and post-job reporting. When not in the field meeting clients, the role offers flexibility to work from a home office.

Requirements

• Two or more years of related construction project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
