About The Position

The Superintendent manages Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites, following Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines. The role also presents and promotes Stonhard products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Territory Managers and Project Engineers in the region. Responsibilities span material management, scheduling, quality control, safety, change orders, and post-job reporting. The Superintendent works closely with installation teams on training and the proper application of Stonhard projects. The position is for Central Texas. When not in the field meeting clients, the employee may work from a home office. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000–$80,000, annual bonus opportunities, commission pay, a car allowance, and reimbursement for business expenses. Requirements

Two or more years of related construction project management experience.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft 365.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
