We are seeking a Superintendent (Super I or Super II level) in the Orlando market who thrives in the field, leads with confidence, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and with strong client relationships. This is a role for someone who wants to run work-not just be part of it. What You'll Do As a Superintendent at Williams Company, you are the on-site leader and face of the company . You are responsible for driving field execution, coordinating trades, maintaining safety, and ensuring quality from mobilization through closeout. Project Leadership & Execution Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish Develop and manage short-term schedules and 3-week lookaheads Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Maintain project momentum by identifying and resolving issues proactively Ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and company standards Safety Leadership Lead by example in enforcing OSHA and company safety policies Conduct daily safety oversight, site walks, and coordination with trades Stop work when necessary and take immediate corrective action Foster a culture where safety is non-negotiable and owned by everyone Quality & Accountability Implement proactive quality control processes to prevent rework Lead pre-installation meetings and verify scope readiness Inspect work in place and ensure compliance with plans and specs Hold trade partners accountable to expectations and performance Client & Team Communication Serve as the primary field contact for clients, architects, and inspectors Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively-especially when challenges arise Build trust by delivering on commitments and maintaining transparency

Requirements

Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing, and safety standards
Ability to lead teams, hold accountability, and maintain a positive jobsite culture
Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail
Willingness to travel as needed based on project demands

Responsibilities
