About The Position

The Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities for multifamily and hospitality projects. This role owns field execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The role is ideal for someone with multifamily or hospitality experience who takes ownership in the field, leads teams effectively, and drives high quality execution.

Requirements

• Experience in multifamily or hospitality construction
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or field leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Enforce safety standards and compliance
• Maintain quality control and project standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers on execution
• Manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates
