About The Position

The Project Manager oversees the planning, financial management, and execution of multifamily and hospitality construction projects. This role owns the full lifecycle from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The role is ideal for someone with multifamily or hospitality experience who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and is focused on delivering strong project outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience managing multifamily or hospitality construction projects
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive results
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with developers or ownership groups

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and performance
• Identify risks and proactively solve problems
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial goals
