Goddard Riverside is one of New York City’s leading human service organizations meeting the basic needs of children, youth and families, homeless people, and older adults across Manhattan and New York City. We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Superintendent to join our Supportive Housing team. The Building Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall physical condition of the supportive housing property. The Superintendent ensures that the building, apartments, common areas, mechanical systems, and grounds are properly maintained and that maintenance concerns are addressed promptly.
