Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related ISO experience, including supervisory or management experience OR High school diploma or GED and 12 years related ISO experience including supervisory or management experience
  • Additional certifications or licensure appropriate to the job may be required depending on the department or site
  • Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
  • Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
  • Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate multiple site International Standards Organization (ISO) and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs through a staff of Analysts and Specialists.
  • Direct staff in daily operations, monitor the quality of work, provide administrative and technical guidance, and interpret ISO, OSHA, and related regulatory policies.
  • Develop and coordinate work plans for assigned projects, including project management, cost estimates, and program development, and align activities with other units and site departments.
  • Prepare and present reports, trends, and program information to management, supervision, and workforce stakeholders.
  • Establish tactical and strategic goals, oversee budgeting for staffing, materials, training, and supplies, monitor expenditures, and participate in staffing decisions, disciplinary actions, and consultant coordination.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
