Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related ISO experience, including supervisory or management experience OR High school diploma or GED and 12 years related ISO experience including supervisory or management experience
Additional certifications or licensure appropriate to the job may be required depending on the department or site
Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate multiple site International Standards Organization (ISO) and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs through a staff of Analysts and Specialists.
Direct staff in daily operations, monitor the quality of work, provide administrative and technical guidance, and interpret ISO, OSHA, and related regulatory policies.
Develop and coordinate work plans for assigned projects, including project management, cost estimates, and program development, and align activities with other units and site departments.
Prepare and present reports, trends, and program information to management, supervision, and workforce stakeholders.
Establish tactical and strategic goals, oversee budgeting for staffing, materials, training, and supplies, monitor expenditures, and participate in staffing decisions, disciplinary actions, and consultant coordination.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
