About The Position
Way Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent with experience in large-scale plumbing projects to join their team in Grapevine, TX. Way Mechanical specializes in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the maintenance of these systems, and is involved in building, design assist, preconstruction, commissioning, building information modeling, and quality control.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of Superintendent experience running Plumbing Construction work for large scale projects
- Must have mechanical construction management experience
- Pass a Drug Test
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications
Responsibilities
- Line out employees each day for your region
- Work necessary hours to hit mandatory deadlines
- Ensure your Foreman fill out Daily Reports, 3 Week Look Aheads, percent complete on project, and make them accountable to turn in employee’s time
- Communicate with Project Managers and Foreman and General Manager every day
- Attend onsite meetings with Mechanical and GC when necessary
- Ensure Foreman install the highest quality product
- Represent Way Mechanical in a professional manner
