About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Superintendent - Electrical for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves a large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates. The role requires strong field leadership with subcontractor, craft, and daily work planning experience, the ability to drive lookaheads, manpower coordination, installation quality, and safety expectations. Experience in large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction is necessary. The candidate must be able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule and possess strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate across trades.

Responsibilities
- Own or support electrical field supervision, manpower planning, installation sequencing, safety, QA, testing readiness, and turnover.
- Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
- Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
- Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
- Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
