About The Position

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Super Utility Corrugator to support its corrugated packaging operations. The role handles the safe and efficient movement, staging, and storage of product rolls, including preparing rolls for orders and loading and unloading trucks. It also includes lead responsibilities for maintaining the roll room and requires safe equipment operation, inspections, and adherence to lockout/tag-out procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Willingness to work any shift.
• Certified industrial driver or ability to obtain certification in a timely manner.
• Ability to safely operate a powered forklift.
• Ability to maintain and perform daily safety inspections of the clamp truck, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform lockout/tag-out procedures on trailers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Move product from trucks or railcars to the staging area safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the clamp truck and perform daily safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain a zero-damage roll room.
• Pick and stage run-ready rolls for orders.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage.
• Perform lockout/tag-out procedures on trailers.
• Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices.
• Carry out lead responsibilities for maintaining the roll room.

• Starting pay of $29.52 per hour, plus shift differential for second and third shifts.
