About The Position
The Corrugator Helper sets up and operates production equipment and performs quality checks, housekeeping, equipment and safety inspections, preventative maintenance assignments, safety participation, and job-task documentation. The role also includes cleanup duties such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap. Other duties may be assigned as required.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment.
- Perform quality checks.
- Perform housekeeping.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
- Complete preventative maintenance assignments.
- Conduct safety inspections and participate in safety activities.
- Complete job-task documentation.
- Clean the machine by blowing it down, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap.
- Perform other duties as required.
