About The Position
PSG is seeking an MBA Intern to support the buildout of our DefenseTech investment strategy within the deal team. The role will be highly research-oriented and focused on identifying attractive subsectors, emerging themes, and long-term trends across the DefenseTech landscape to help shape the firm’s sourcing and investment priorities. This person will develop market maps of high-interest areas, analyze where growth equity capital can create the most value, and help identify key feeder funds, venture investors, PE firms, and broader industry ecosystems to strengthen market connectivity and proprietary sourcing opportunities. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, and excited by the intersection of technology, geopolitics, and national security. The role offers exposure to investment strategy development, thematic research, and ecosystem mapping within a fast-paced growth equity environment.
Requirements
- Matriculated MBA candidate with anticipated program completion in spring 2027.
- Track record of outstanding academic performance.
- Highly motivated and self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intellectually curious, analytical, and excited by the intersection of technology, geopolitics, and national security.
- Authorized to work for an employer in the U.S.
- Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for this position.
