About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented summer student to join our quality team. In this role, you will inspect parts using visual checks and measuring tools to ensure they meet customer and company standards. You’ll also assist with labeling and packing parts for shipment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in quality control and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education or accepted for the upcoming semester
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with your hands and using measuring tools
• Able to sit, move, and lift items (up to 40 lbs. occasionally)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect parts for defects
• Use measurement tools and gauges to check part quality (training provided)
• Identify and document any defective parts
• Follow packing instructions and label products correctly
• Keep your work area clean and organized (5S practices)
