Requirements

Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable with working outdoors.
Mechanical aptitude and/or previous experience operating equipment is an asset.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.
Curiosity to learn new things & understand more about construction equipment and the rental industry.
Comfortable with computers/technology (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.).

Responsibilities

Wash, dry, and detail equipment using pressure washers, vacuums, and cleaning agents.
Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard and wash bay area.
Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment as needed.
Check equipment for damage when returned to the yard, report damage and fill out service tags for all returned equipment.
Follow all health and safety policies.
Assist with fueling, tire storage, or moving equipment as needed.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist with other duties around the branch as needed.
