About The Position
Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, the Distribution Summer Student will support with: invoicing, general office related duties, and provides administrative support for the department.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled in Supply Chain or Business Administration post secondary
- Adapts quickly to new processes or systems
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Can work in a high paced environment
- Hours are 4:00PM to 12:30AM Monday to Friday (timing is subject to change)
Responsibilities
- Customer service skills for dealing with Drivers and Transport Companies
- Invoicing of Domestic/USA/Mexico loads shipping from Burlington Facility
- Completing export documentation for US and Mexico loads
- Completing documents for domestic loads within Canada
- Support other Traffic department staff as required
