About The Position

Hume is seeking returning summer staff for Summer 2027. Applicants should have been part of the Summer 2025 or 2026 team, or currently be in JWI. Returning staff serve as leaders and culture-creators on summer teams, helping new staff understand the mission of making the gospel known. Staff may work behind the scenes, in the trees, at the register, or on a stage. After the application is submitted, the team will determine the applicant’s best fit for the summer. Requirements

• Have been part of the Summer 2025 or Summer 2026 team, or currently be in JWI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader and culture-creator on the summer team.
• Help point new staff toward Hume’s mission of making the gospel known.
• Work in an assigned area, which may include behind-the-scenes roles, working in the trees, serving at the register, or working on a stage.
