About The Position
The Lansing School District is seeking a Float Teacher for its Summer School 2026 program. The district serves over 10,000 PreK-12 students across 25 school buildings in the diverse urban community of Lansing, MI, offering a wide variety of educational options. All team members are dedicated to providing an excellent education in a safe and nurturing environment. This specific role involves serving as a Float Teacher for two distinct periods: the first half from June 15th to July 2nd, and the second half from July 13th to August 6th. The position requires 6.5 hours of instructional time per day, Monday through Thursday, for a total of 8 weeks.
