About The Position
Join LIFT Enrichment and teach healthy culinary workshops in Title I school districts. We’ve taught over 75,000 students since 2010 and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of 200+ Chef Teachers. This is a Seasonal/Part-Time Employment, perfect for retired teachers or college students.
Requirements
- Experience working with kids (e.g., summer camp counselor, retired teacher).
- Experience cooking basic meals (no formal or professional chef experience required).
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Teach healthy culinary workshops in Title I school districts.
- Lead groups of 15–20 students.
- Transport provided culinary kits.
- Teach fun recipes from our curriculum like Black Bean Quesadillas and Crispy Chicken Tenders.
- Grocery shopping, prep, teaching, and cleanup.
