The Continental Sales Vertical ‘Outdoor Living Solution’ is focused on leveraging customer success by providing vinyl pool liner and decking solutions to the market. Both product groups are designed for challenging technical and state-of-the-art aesthetic requirements. As a team, we sell products that create mutual value by building the bridge between our customers, market opportunities, and our own production capabilities. This project is about bringing our reporting structure and data visibility to the next level. The intern will consolidate multiple data sources, create standardized reports, and document them in a centralized SharePoint. They will also create a Power BI Dashboard to facilitate regular team discussions and shape focus, establish a harmonized meeting structure with follow-ups on defined actions at the account level, cooperate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned focus, and support the daily work of the sales coordination team. Learning objectives include gaining knowledge about the product offering of Continental Outdoor Living Solutions, a basic understanding of the customer landscape and market mechanisms in this business field, supply chain basics, and sales data & KPI management (e.g., Forecasting, Order Management, Customer Success Management).
