About The Position
This is a seasonal, live-in position for the summer months (June-August, 2026) at EF International Language Campuses in Boston. The role offers free housing, full-time hours, and the chance to gain experience in student life, leadership, hospitality, and international education. The Resident Advisor will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging residential experience for international students. The ideal candidate is responsible, adaptable, energetic, and passionate about building community in a fast-paced international environment.
