It’s our goal to make everyone’s lives more productive, convenient, enjoyable, and safe. ERCO Corporate Office is looking for a Procurement Summer Student to join our team! Throughout the summer, this position will participate in both ongoing operations and initiatives supporting the Procurement team. These initiatives will have a direct impact on ERCO’s bottom line and improve the efficiency of the Source to Pay process.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Superior customer service orientation

  • Proficient experience with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel
  • Focused and results driven, transparent, and articulate

Responsibilities

  • Participate in both ongoing operations and initiatives supporting the Procurement team
  • Improve ERCO’s supplier sustainability and risk reporting
  • Participate in system implementation, testing and integration error resolution
  • Contact suppliers to increase electronic invoice enablement and payment term extension
  • Improve S2P metrics such as spend against contract and perfect invoicing
  • Support and/or lead S2P platform enhancement projects as assigned
