Stipend - Summer Learning Site Supervisor - CPS/FKO Summer Program (Internal Only) (Summer 2026)
About The Position
The CPS/FKO Summer Program Summer Site Supervisor will oversee two programs: 1st-4th Grade and 5th & 6th Grade. This role involves collaborating with FKO on program planning, working with administration and staff on the creation and implementation of a summer remote learning program, and participating in the hiring process. The supervisor will also communicate with various staff and stakeholders, oversee student recruitment and family outreach, manage all staff to ensure requirements are met, handle scheduling and logistics, and support summer staff with planning, daily issues, and tracking student data. Compliance with grant requirements is also a responsibility.
Requirements
- Current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above
- Passionate about leading this work
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with FKO on planning our collaborative summer program
- Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer remote learning program
- Taking part in the hiring process
- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement)
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
