Stipend - Summer Learning Site Supervisor - Summer Credit Recovery/Academic Support CHS (Internal Only) (Summer 2026)
About The Position
The Summer Site Supervisor will be responsible for planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer program. This role involves participating in the hiring process, communicating with various stakeholders (nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc.), overseeing student recruitment and family outreach, and ensuring all staff requirements are met. The supervisor will also manage scheduling and logistics, support summer staff with planning and operations, address day-to-day issues, and oversee the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement). Compliance with grant requirements, if applicable, is also a responsibility.
Requirements
- Current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above
- Passionate about leading this work
- Knowledge of Edgenuity preferred
Responsibilities

- Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc
- Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach
- Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met
- Scheduling and logistics
- Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing
- Tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement) and working with guidance department to ensure all data is shared upon program completion
- Grant requirement compliance if applicable
