About The Position

The Summer Learning Site Supervisor will be responsible for planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer learning program. This role involves participating in the hiring process, communicating and collaborating with various staff and stakeholders (including nursing, technology, payroll, and custodial staff), overseeing student recruitment and family outreach, and ensuring all staff meet requirements. The supervisor will also manage scheduling and logistics, support summer staff with planning and operations, address day-to-day issues, and oversee the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement). Compliance with grant requirements, if applicable, is also a responsibility.

Requirements

  • Current administrator or teacher in the grades listed above
  • Passionate about leading this work

Responsibilities
