McNees, Wallace & Nurick is actively seeking a Law Clerk for Summer 2027 to support our Real Estate Group in the Towson, MD office. At McNees, we believe our people are our greatest asset. Requirements
- Second year law student pursuing a J.D. at an accredited law school
- Interest in real estate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal topics
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
- Assist attorneys on various projects and assignments – both billable and non-billable
- Observe client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as appropriate
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to assigned projects
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
