About The Position

Western Alliance Bank is seeking undergraduate interns for its 10-week Summer 2027 Internship Program in Enterprise Project Management in Phoenix, Arizona. Interns will work on challenging projects related to their field of study, alongside experienced professionals and with support from a mentor. The paid program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities in a collaborative, fast-paced professional setting. The program runs from June through August, with flexible dates available based on school schedules. High-performing interns who demonstrate the company’s values may be considered for future employment opportunities. The role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking. Applicants must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; the company does not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship or support for OPT or CPT.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship and support for OPT or CPT are not provided.
