About The Position

Western Alliance Bank is hiring an Appraisals intern for its 10-week Summer 2027 Internship Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Interns gain practical experience through challenging projects in their area of study, working alongside banking professionals and other interns in a collaborative, fast-paced professional setting. Each intern receives mentor support and participates in business projects, leadership development training, and team-building activities. The program runs June through August, with flexible dates available based on school schedules. This is a paid internship. High-performing interns who demonstrate the company's values may be considered for future employment opportunities. The role is aimed at individuals interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship and support for OPT or CPT are not offered.
