About The Position

Fleet Feet is looking for motivated, curious, and collaborative students to join our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program. This program is designed for rising juniors and seniors who are eager to gain hands-on experience while exploring career opportunities after graduation. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that contribute to real business initiatives. Throughout the summer, you'll receive mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and exposure to leaders across the organization. At Fleet Feet, we're committed to developing the next generation of talent by creating an inclusive environment where students can learn, grow, and make an impact. Our goal is to provide an exceptional internship experience while building relationships with students who may become future full-time members of our team.

Requirements

• College juniors and seniors, including students graduating in May before the internship begins.
• Passion for retail, fitness, or community engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, or volunteer activities
• Curious, driven, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in pursuing a career in retail, marketing, HR, strategy, digital, merchandising, or business operations.
• Available full-time (40 hours per week) for the full 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Spend the full 10 weeks embedded within one department, or participate in a cross-functional experience that provides exposure to multiple teams.
• Contribute to meaningful projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Gain valuable insight into how Fleet Feet operates.
