About The Position

This summer internship program at Equinor is designed for students interested in a career in the energy sector. It provides hands-on experience in a chosen discipline, offering a broad understanding of Equinor's operations and strategy across oil, gas, renewables, and low carbon solutions. The goal is to invest in the next generation of talent, equipping interns with the experience and skills needed for their studies and future careers, and to help transform how the world is powered.

Requirements

Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree, master's or Ph.D. with a good academic record
Fluent in English
No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience
Completed at least two years of higher education before the internship starts
At least one year of higher education left after the internship ends
Identify with Equinor's values: open, collaborative, courageous and caring

Communicate well, facilitate collaboration, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture
