About The Position

This summer internship program is designed for students interested in a career in Equinor, offering hands-on experience in their chosen discipline. The internship provides a broad understanding of Equinor's operations and strategy across oil, gas, renewables, and low carbon solutions. It aims to equip interns with the experience and skills needed for their studies and future careers, contributing to the company's goal of transforming how the world is powered.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree, master's or Ph.D. with a good academic record.
• Fluent in English.
• No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Completed at least two years of higher education before the internship starts.
• At least one year of higher education left after the internship ends.
• Identify with Equinor's values: open, collaborative, courageous, and caring.
• Live by safety and security expectations, contributing to a zero-harm culture.
• Communicate well, facilitate collaboration, influence stakeholders, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.
• Adapt to change, embrace new technology, and perform in a digitally enabled environment.

• Have a global mindset and navigate well in multicultural environments.
• Must have the necessary work permit for the country of application, valid at the point of application and for the duration of employment.
• CV / résumé in English.
• Official transcript(s) of records (in English or a Scandinavian language). If still studying, an unofficial or temporary transcript of current studies.
• Average grade must be supported by official transcripts.
