About The Position

Heitman is seeking rising Seniors to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in our Financial Operations & Analysis department. This team is responsible for investor reporting and analysis and is a great place to start your career in real estate and gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Financial Operations & Analysis department is a hybrid accounting and finance role where you analyze asset financials, determine cash distributions, review budget variances, conduct property valuations & calculate performance returns. This role is in office 5 days a week.

Requirements

Rising Senior at a US based college/university
Working towards a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related majors
Strong project and time management skills
Collaboration skills – working together across multiple departments
Problem solving experience leveraging analytical and critical thinking skills in school and/or business
A “think outside the box” mindset –with a desire to brainstorm creative solutions in our ever-changing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
