Parkside Financial Bank and Trust’s internship program is built around providing students with hands-on experience in different departments within the company. Our interns will walk away with knowledge and practical applications that will aid them not only in their studies but as they build their career path upon degree completion. If you like doing great work with great people, you’ll fit right in! Parkside’s Summer Internship is a 10-week program, approximately 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Main rotation areas include Commercial Banking and Trust & Family Office (TFO), while also providing exposure to other departments and leadership throughout the organization. Over the course of the program, interns will have the opportunity to build industry knowledge, develop business acumen, and strengthen their collaboration and time management skills through hands-on experience. At the end of the summer, participants will be able to add to our Parkside Intern Blog and complete a final capstone project. Requirements

Completed sophomore year of college before the start of the internship.
Declared degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business major.
Active in extracurricular activities within the community and/or campus life.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Flexibility to work within a multiple disciplinary team and receive dynamic on-the-job training.
Ability to adhere to Parkside’s core values.
Must be at least 18 years old.
