Five Below Summer Internship Program is ON! Our limited open positions for Summer 2026 focus on company strategic initiatives in the exciting environment of value-driven, fun-focused retail. We are seeking energetic, responsible go-getters with innovative ideas, ready to actively participate in company initiatives. We LOVE our interns! Our internship is curated to deliver a rich learning experience for both personal and professional growth. Our program is hands-on, engaging in meaningful work that directly contributes to the company’s missions and ultimate success. You are an active contributor and valued as a part of your team! Help bring clarity to how our supply chain operates behind the scenes. In this project, the intern will create reporting that improves data visibility for our Merchandise Operations, Ship Center, and Transportation teams. By analyzing purchase order (PO) and advance ship notice (ASN) relationships, the intern will uncover when shipments follow a clean one-to-one structure versus more complex many-to-one relationships that can create extra manual work and data integrity challenges. Along the way, the intern will gain hands-on experience with enterprise data tools, including Databricks, extracting data from our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and transforming it into a dynamic Power BI dashboard. The final result will be a user-friendly dashboard that helps cross-functional teams quickly visualize shipment relationships and make smarter, faster operational decisions. Success in this project will be measured by the delivery and presentation of a clear, accurate, and actionable Power BI dashboard that expands analytics visibility and helps power better decision-making across the business.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled as rising Junior, Senior, Grad Student or recent Grad with a relevant background; ideally studying Data Analytics, Supply Chain with Analytics focus, MIS or similar. Those studying under an associate’s or certificate program may be considered if coursework and skills fit the individual project requirements.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
• Must be available for the full 10-week program as space is limited
• Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
• Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
• Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and translate into actionable insights
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Comfort presenting varying levels of leadership
• Retail experience a plus!
