About The Position

Oliver Wyman's Summer Internship Program offers talented and motivated students from the class of 2028 a unique opportunity to work as professional members of the firm. Interns will collaborate in teams to tackle complex business challenges for Fortune 1000 clients, conduct essential research and manage data, perform complex quantitative, strategic, and financial analyses, gain exposure to senior leadership through project team participation, receive mentorship and guidance throughout the internship, participate in a training week at the beginning of the summer, and engage with various industries through educational sessions and networking opportunities. Based on interest, interns may work in Generalist Consulting, Banking & Financial Services, AI, Data, Analytics & Advanced Applications, Technology-Driven Transformation & Change Implementation, or Private Equity, Deals, Diligence & Post Transaction.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is necessary
  • Oliver Wyman does not provide sponsorship for this position, and CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization
  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student (Class of 2028) pursuing a four-year degree
  • Candidates with initiative, intuition, and creativity
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Evidence of leadership
