Summer 2027 Cleveland Internships (Real Estate Development & Property Management)
About The Position
Bedrock’s Summer 2027 internship program offers hands-on experience, collaboration, mentorship, and opportunities to build real-world skills and contribute to impactful projects at a full-cycle real estate and development company. Cleveland interns will be assigned to either Real Estate Development or Property Management. The Real Estate Development Intern will work with Cleveland’s Strategic Initiatives Team on ground-up development projects, including Rock Block (Cosm Cleveland), the final development stages of the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, and Bedrock’s Riverfront Cleveland Development Project. The internship provides exposure to stages of the commercial real estate development lifecycle. The Property Management Intern will partner with Residential and Commercial Property Management teams, supporting the day-to-day operations of downtown Cleveland properties and helping provide an exceptional experience for tenants, residents, and visitors. The program runs June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027. Interns are paid $18.00 per hour and work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully on-site at Bedrock’s downtown Cleveland offices and properties.
Requirements
- Entering junior year or higher in fall 2027.
- Pursuing a degree related to the team or business area indicated in the personal essay.
- Ability to perform tasks within established procedures.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems at a basic level.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship or work experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities
