About The Position

Bedrock is hiring Summer 2027 Property Management Interns who will be aligned with either the Commercial Property Management Team or the Residential Property Management Team. Commercial Property Management supports day-to-day operations of office, retail, and parking properties. Residential Property Management oversees operations across multifamily apartment communities throughout downtown Detroit.

The internship offers hands-on experience with an assigned team or business area, opportunities to collaborate, mentorship, real-world skill development, exposure to career paths, and participation in impactful projects. The program runs from June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027. Interns are paid $18.00 per hour and work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully on-site at Bedrock offices and properties in downtown Detroit, Michigan.

Requirements

• Be entering junior year or higher in fall 2027.
• Be pursuing a degree related to the team or business area identified in the personal essay.
• Be able to perform tasks within established procedures.
• Be able to think critically and solve problems at a basic level.
• Be able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Submit a resume and a personal essay of no more than 500 words by the stated deadline.
