Summer 2027 Property Management Internships (Commercial and Residential Property Management)
About The Position
Bedrock’s Summer 2027 Property Management Internship offers emerging professionals hands-on experience with either the Commercial Property Management Team or the Residential Property Management Team. Interns will work with and collaborate with others, build real-world skills, explore career paths, contribute to projects, and receive mentorship while learning how Bedrock’s full-cycle real estate and development company works to bring vibrant and sustainable urban cores to life. The Commercial Property Management Team supports the day-to-day operations of office, retail, and parking properties. The Residential Property Management Team oversees operations across multifamily apartment communities throughout downtown Detroit. Interns will be aligned with a team based on their interests and the information provided in their personal essay. The internship runs from June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027. It is fully on-site at Bedrock’s offices and properties in downtown Detroit, Michigan, and pays $18.00 per hour. Interns are expected to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The essay should explain why the applicant is applying, identify a preferred property management focus and its connection to their interests and goals, and describe what they hope to gain from the internship. Applicants must be entering their junior year or higher in fall 2027 and pursuing a degree related to their indicated team or business area. Previous internship or work experience is beneficial.
Requirements
