About The Position

Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, the large-account specialty division of Brown & Brown, is seeking rising juniors and seniors for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. Interns are placed within one of our highly specialized practice teams and gain hands-on exposure to how large, complex organizations manage risk.

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior standing as of Summer 2027
• Majoring in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or General Business
• GPA of 3.5 or greater preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and genuine curiosity about business and risk
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Support practice teams on active client work, including research, analysis, and materials preparation
• Learn foundational risk and insurance concepts through structured onboarding and mentorship
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a capstone project culminating in a competitive new business pitch
• Participate in professional development sessions focused on the industry and career growth
