Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field with a solid academic record.
• Comfortable navigating common workplace software like Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly.
• Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while working at a desk or participating in meetings.
• Constant operation of a computer, keyboard, and other office productivity machinery.
• Frequently communicates with team members and stakeholders. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations via video calls, phone, or in person.
• Specific vision abilities required include the ability to view a computer monitor for long durations and read printed or digital documents.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-powered tools or basic data visualization is a plus.
• Previous office experience isn't required, but candidates who have shown initiative through volunteer work, student organizations, part-time jobs, or personal projects are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of special projects assigned by your internship sponsor.
• Conduct market research or data analysis to help the team make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Help streamline internal processes, manage documentation, and participate in team brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare a final presentation to be delivered to leadership at the end of the internship.
• Contribute to 'live' projects within a core team, which may include launching new initiatives, optimizing processes, or assisting with client deliverables.
• Gather data, conduct market/industry research, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Support daily operations, attend strategy meetings, assist with documentation, and help the team meet critical deadlines.
