About The Position

Iron Will is seeking highly motivated summer interns to support ongoing efforts in engineering, analysis, and program operations. Interns will contribute to real-world projects involving flight testing, advanced weapons systems, and national security initiatives, working alongside experienced professionals from government and industry. This is a hands-on opportunity for students to contribute to meaningful work rather than simply observe. Depending on their background and interests, interns may assist with engineering and technical analysis, flight-test or system-performance data analysis, modeling and simulation, test planning and post-test analysis, program coordination, scheduling, tracking, reporting, briefings, documentation, test and integration activities, and lessons-learned analysis. The internship offers exposure to national security programs and a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, as well as interaction with engineers, analysts, and senior leaders. Interns can gain insight into careers in defense, aerospace, and advanced systems and experience that may translate to future full-time opportunities.
