About The Position
Penske Automotive Group (PAG) is seeking a motivated and hard-working Summer Intern near Orlando, Florida, to join their summer internship program. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience about the inner workings of all departments within an automotive dealership, allowing interns to discover their passion within the automotive industry. Requirements
- Junior or Senior undergraduate standing, graduate students and recent graduates considered.
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
- Sincere desire to work in automotive retail.
- Ability to produce results in a fast paced, results driven environment.
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- College Junior or Senior. Graduate students and recent graduates may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.
- Obtain hands-on experience within each department of the dealership.
- Work in all departments throughout the market, including Sales, Accounting, Finance, Service, and Human Resources.
- Work closely with Department Managers or/and General Manager for additional training, support, and development.
