Step into the heart of renewable generation interconnection this summer as a Policy Intern supporting the implementation of rules regulating small generation and the development of microgrid projects at PGE. This position will also participate in the execution of PGEs first cluster study for large generation resources. As a Policy Intern, you’ll play a key role in aligning legal, regulatory, and contractual frameworks to ensure the seamless adoption of new regulatory frameworks. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside policy experts on critical tasks such as reviewing interconnection agreements, analyzing regulatory filings, and addressing the intersection of state and federal policies. You’ll help develop and refine strategies to meet compliance requirements, support stakeholder engagement, and align organizational policies with our regulator’s objectives.
