As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to programs, processes, and initiatives supporting AIG’s global workforce, with opportunities in HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent & Performance Management. Interns will support business and workforce priorities, compensation programs and analysis, or initiatives focused on talent development and performance. Working alongside HR professionals and business partners, interns will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across teams, and use data and insights to inform decisions and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
