About The Position

The 10-week Papa Johns summer internship provides hands-on experience in the fast-paced quick-service restaurant industry. The FP&A intern will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis across the business, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and complete a meaningful summer project that benefits the FP&A team and the broader business. The program also offers opportunities to connect with business leaders, learn about the QSR industry, build a professional network, and participate in career development experiences.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program or graduated within the past 6 months.
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in learning and growing professionally.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from others.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new tools and technology.
• Able to collaborate with team members at all levels and contribute in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities across the business.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and drivers of business performance.
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and analyses to support business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and translate insights into financial recommendations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, including preparing materials and insights for business leaders.
• Complete a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the FP&A team and the broader business.
