About The Position

The FP&A Intern will spend 10 weeks gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced quick-service restaurant industry. The intern will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling, working with cross-functional teams to help business leaders understand performance and make informed decisions. The position includes a meaningful summer project intended to deliver value to the FP&A team and the broader business, as well as opportunities to connect with leaders, learn about the QSR industry, build a professional network, and participate in career development experiences.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or graduated within the past six months.
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in learning and growing professionally.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from others.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new tools and technology.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members at all levels and contribute in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities across the business.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and drivers of business performance.
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, and analyses to support business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and translate insights into financial recommendations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, including preparing materials and insights for business leaders.
• Complete a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the FP&A team and broader business.
