About The Position
This internship offers hands-on experience in ManhattanLife’s FIMMAS Information Technology Department. The intern will provide technical support and answer user questions, assisting them by troubleshooting software problems. The goal is for the intern to gain a thorough understanding of how Groups are implemented, from the initial sale through application processing and premium posting.
Requirements
- Current College student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field of study.
- MS SQL Experience
- Office 365 Products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of project planning.
- Support documentation and analysis efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assistance with requirement gathering for ongoing projects, including implementation of Macess Workflow.
